Everyone very nice and helpful, food very good (we don't eat meat, but there was always a choice of specific vegetarian dishes), despite 3 meals there is live cooking and some snacks all the time, so there's no chance to be hungry 😊 lots of attractions for children, playgrounds, forests, lake, inside a monkey gym, playroom, huge sandbox and something like a kindergarten where you can leave children under the care of the ladies (Kalinka sends regards to Mrs. Ania☺️). In this kindergarten (i.e. mini club), during our stay there were not many children, so the care was focused on a few and that suited us. The only thing is the lack of blinds on the windows and when it's warm outside, the room becomes like a sauna, so that would be useful. The pool is fine but could be bigger, everywhere clean (room cleaning is every day). We warmly recommend and will definitely come back 😍

The website does not reflect the full range of attractions available at the hotel. We spent our days in the adventure playground, at activities organized by animators, walking along the lake, playing on the beach, and when I needed to rest, my son happily went to the ladies in the mini club. I haven't been to Polish hotels for years, and this one made me plan the next vacation with my child here. I recommend it :)

Highly recommended for families with children. A multitude of varied attractions, so parents can also relax a bit while the kids are having fun. Clean, good food, very friendly service. The fact that it is a family hotel means there is a lot of understanding for sometimes difficult children's behavior ;) a big plus for details specially dedicated to parents with children, e.g., baby seats in the restaurant, steps, toilet seat adapters, chair boosters, etc. Definitely a place worth returning to. You can see that someone is investing and the attractions keep increasing.

It was yet another time for us in Zalesie and as previously, this visit was excellent too. Even though it was freezing cold outside and my children are not quite fond of low temperatures, we weren’t bored even for a while. The pool, play room, the nice animator, agreeable staff ladies, lots of attractions and surprises… The rooms are very spacious and comfortable… And for the parents, SPA, gym, cafe and bar… To me, the best relaxation spot for families with children whatever the weather.

We’ve been coming to the Zalesie Mazury Active SPA Resort for a few years now to conduct the Vocational Activation Workshops within the project “Support for Disabled People in the Job Market”. Our cooperation is a clear proof that two individual organisations can bear such a deep trust toward each other and thereby, create a vastly important event together. Never did Zalesie give us a reason for disappointment. Splendidly prepared training rooms and impeccable catering help us make our mission go smoothly and effectively. Comfortable rooms and lots of attractions are in turn a great value added, allowing us all to regenerate and have fun once the official part is over.

A cosy, picturesque place as if taken out of a postcard, indeed. The hotel itself deserves a praise and so does the local cuisine, still following the traditions of the past. Their cooking is worth all the Michelin stars in the world. And needless to say, these people who work at Zalesie Mazury are a sheer guarantee of impeccable service throughout the palette of choices. We’ve always been well treated and given a helping hand if we needed. Such an engagement must be praised, must be celebrated and admired, for it shows how well the staff are organised and how the facility is all prepared to meet your expectations. Anyway, it’s not just us. We’re more than certain that Zalesie Mazury Active SPA treats any other events with equal respect and friendliness too.

I stayed at Zalesie Mazury Active SPA twice (...). And both visits were in my opinion very nice, since the hotel supported us not only in the scope of the stay itself, but also concerning the events we organised on its premises. First and foremost, it’s a beautiful place where business customers can feel well taken care of since their needs are always treated as priority. I frankly recommend Zalesie Mazury as the perfect facility for a remarkable company event, especially in case of larger groups. For Zalesie, holding such a vast event is clearly not an obstacle and not a problem either.

Our winter adventure in Zalesie is now over. It was our second visit and surely not the last one at all. This place is just fantastic! Lots of attractions, one can feel at home here… The staff were always polite and ready to give you a helping hand. Their job is their passion and you can see it clearly. No minus points for me. Sincerely recommended!
