SPA regulations

The SPA is a zone of silence and relaxation.
The SPA is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00.
Towels are issued based on towel cards.
Children under 15 may stay in the SPA only under adult supervision.
Smoking, consuming alcohol, bringing glass containers, and chewing gum are prohibited.
The SPA staff is not responsible for items left in lockers or on the SPA premises.
Personal belongings must be stored in lockers.
Drinks purchased in the SPA may only be consumed in safe containers.
Please exercise caution – do not run or jump.
The use of personal MP3 players, cameras, and mobile phones is prohibited.
The following persons are not allowed in the SPA:
under the influence of alcohol or drugs
with open wounds or skin infections
whose behavior endangers others
not complying with hygiene standards
Persons violating rules may be removed without refund.
Silence must be maintained. Staff may ask guests to leave if they disturb others.
Changing footwear to replacement slippers is required after entering.
Use of SPA toilets is recommended before treatments.
Showering before entering the SPA is required.
Appointments may be canceled free of charge at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise:
less than 6 hours: 50% charge
no-show: 100% charge
if treatment not selected: 150 PLN fee
Saunas must be used without swimsuits or in towels.
Showers must be used in swimsuits/slippers or barefoot.
Lockers are free for SPA guests.
Report any faults to staff.
