The voucher can be used (excluding holidays and high season) within 180 days from the date of purchase.

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Zalesie Mazury Active Spa offers stay/gift vouchers purchased by customers as presents for third parties.

1. Zalesie Mazury, hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, undertakes to sell the stay/gift voucher to the Purchaser (on-site at the Reception, via INPOST courier or by email), and to accept it for redemption at Zalesie MAZURY, Zalesie 12, 11-010 Barczewo.

2. The Issuer shall not be liable for non-delivery of the voucher by INPOST or due to reasons beyond the control of Zalesie Mazury.

3. The Purchaser agrees to pay an amount equal to the nominal value of the voucher. The voucher is issued only after payment is credited to Zalesie Mazury’s account and is dispatched by courier within 3 business days in case of individual orders.

4. The voucher can only be redeemed after prior reservation and email confirmation from Reception (recepcja@zalesiemazury.pl; tel. +48 606 30 63 44).

5. The voucher can be redeemed at Zalesie Mazury for the value or services specified in the voucher or up to the monetary value stated.

6. The User must present the original voucher at the Reception at check-in. Only then are they entitled to receive the ordered goods or services. If the original or valid voucher is not presented (e.g. expired), the Issuer may refuse to provide the service or product.

7. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be used once and in full.

8. Zalesie Mazury is not liable for any voucher that is lost, damaged, or expired after being handed over to the Purchaser/User.

9. The voucher’s expiration date is shown on the voucher and may not exceed 12 months from the purchase date.

10. The Purchaser/User shall not be entitled to any claims for lost, destroyed, or unused vouchers. In exceptional cases, the Purchaser/User may submit a written request to extend the voucher’s validity by up to 3 months. A negative decision does not entitle the Purchaser/User to compensation.

II. RULES FOR USING VOUCHERS

1. Only vouchers that are undamaged, have a valid date, stamp, and signature of the Issuer will be accepted. Exceptions apply to vouchers purchased electronically via the website.

2. No refund will be given for unused voucher value if the selected service is of lower value.

3. The User must pay any price difference (cash or card) if the chosen service exceeds the voucher value or is not fully covered.

4. Zalesie Mazury reserves the right to refuse expired or damaged vouchers that are unreadable.

5. Reservations based on vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be changed within 14 days prior to the planned stay.

III. PAYMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

1. A VAT invoice will be issued at the time of voucher purchase.

2. All complaints regarding goods or services purchased with a voucher must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by Zalesie Mazury.

3. A VAT invoice issued upon purchase is required for processing complaints.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. By receiving the voucher, the Purchaser/User confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. All users are required to follow the rules in effect at Zalesie Mazury.

2. Redeeming the voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. The Terms are available at www.zalesiemazury.pl and at the Reception. They will be provided to Purchasers/Users upon request.

4. The Issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms, provided that previously acquired rights are not infringed. Updates will be published on the website and at the Reception.

5. All matters not covered herein shall be governed by the Polish Civil Code.

V. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for purchasing and using the voucher. Without this data, voucher processing is not possible.

2. Data will be stored during the agreement’s duration and for 2 years after voucher use, or 5 years for accounting purposes.

3. The Purchaser/User has the right to access, correct, delete, limit processing, transfer data, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, and withdraw consent at any time.

4. The Purchaser/User may object to processing based on legitimate interest or previous consent.

5. The Administrator processes only the Purchaser’s data. The Administrator may not process third-party data (voucher holder) without their consent.

6. Vouchers issued for third parties are considered bearer instruments.

7. The Administrator is not authorized to send/deliver vouchers to third-party recipients.
