Tension-relieving back massage provides deep relaxation and restores energy. It helps reduce stress and calm the mind. The treatment is performed using warm oils, which stimulate the immune system.
Leg massage is one of the simplest and most effective ways to stimulate muscles and improve circulation.
The treatment is enriched with a moisturizing full-body mask combined with a caldarium session.
The revitalizing facial, neck, and décolleté massage is a basic care and relaxation ritual. It improves skin appearance and boosts well-being. The treatment stimulates microcirculation, increasing oxygen supply to the skin.

The voucher may be used (excluding holidays and peak season) within 180 days from the date of purchase.

I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Zalesie Mazury Active Spa offers stay/gift vouchers purchased by customers as presents for third parties.

  1. Zalesie Mazury, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”, undertakes to sell a gift/stay voucher to the Purchaser (in person at Zalesie Mazury Reception, by INPOST courier or by email) and to accept it for redemption at Zalesie Mazury, Zalesie 12, 11-010 Barczewo.

  2. The Issuer is not liable for the non-delivery of the voucher by INPOST or for reasons beyond Zalesie Mazury’s control.

  3. The Purchaser undertakes to pay an amount equal to the nominal value of the voucher. The voucher will only be issued once payment has been credited to the Zalesie Mazury account and will be sent by courier within 3 business days for individual orders.

  4. The voucher can only be redeemed after a prior reservation and confirmation by email from the Reception (recepcja@zalesiemazury.pl; tel. +48 606 30 63 44).

  5. The voucher may be redeemed at Zalesie Mazury in accordance with the scope specified on the voucher or up to the monetary value indicated on the voucher for the purchase of services or goods.

  6. The User holding the voucher and making a reservation based on it must present the original voucher at check-in at Zalesie Mazury Reception. Upon presentation, they are entitled to the ordered services or goods. In the case of failure to present the original or if the voucher is invalid (e.g. expired), the Issuer reserves the right to refuse the provision of the services/goods.

  7. The voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be redeemed in a single transaction and in full.

  8. Zalesie Mazury is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, damaged, or expired after being delivered to the Purchaser/User.

  9. The validity period of the voucher is printed on the voucher. It may not exceed 12 months from the date of purchase.

  10. The Purchaser/User is not entitled to any claims against Zalesie Mazury for loss (theft), destruction, or failure to use the voucher during its validity period (e.g. refund of the purchase price). In exceptional cases, the Purchaser/User may submit a written request to extend the validity of the voucher by up to 3 months from the date of the request. A negative decision by Zalesie Mazury does not entitle the Purchaser/User to any claims.

II. VOUCHER USAGE RULES

  1. Zalesie Mazury accepts only vouchers that are undamaged, bear a validity date, and have the Issuer’s stamp and signature. The only exception applies to vouchers purchased electronically via the Issuer’s website.

  2. When redeeming a voucher, the User is not entitled to receive the remaining balance if the value of the service is lower than the value of the voucher.

  3. If the value of the service exceeds the voucher amount or if the service is not fully covered, the User is required to pay the difference in cash or by card on-site.

  4. Zalesie Mazury reserves the right to refuse the redemption of a voucher if it has expired or is so damaged that the information cannot be read.

  5. Reservations made based on a voucher are considered non-refundable and cannot be changed free of charge within 14 days of the planned arrival date.

III. PAYMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. The Purchaser will receive a VAT invoice at the time of purchasing the voucher.

  2. All complaints regarding the purchase of goods and/or services using a voucher will be considered by Zalesie Mazury upon written request from the Purchaser or User.

  3. A VAT invoice issued at the time of voucher purchase is required to process a complaint.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Upon receiving the voucher, the Purchaser and/or User declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full and agrees to comply with them. Each voucher user is obliged to comply with all regulations applicable at Zalesie Mazury.

  2. Redeeming the voucher confirms the User’s consent to its use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The full text of these Terms and Conditions is available on the Issuer’s website at www.zalesiemazury.pl and at the hotel Reception. The Issuer is obliged to provide the Terms and Conditions to the Purchaser and/or User upon request.

  4. The Issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that such changes do not infringe upon the rights already acquired by Purchasers and/or Users. All amendments will be updated and published on the Issuer’s website and made available at Reception.

  5. Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

V. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purchase and redemption of the voucher. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to issue and redeem the voucher. The data will be processed for the purpose of voucher execution and for the establishment and pursuit of potential claims.

  2. The data will be stored for the duration of the agreement and for 2 years after the voucher is used, i.e., until potential claims become time-barred. For accounting purposes, data will be stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline passed.

  3. The Purchaser and/or User has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their personal data. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  4. The Purchaser and/or User has the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of the controller, as well as to object to the processing of data based on prior consent.

  5. The Administrator is authorized to process only the personal data of the Purchaser. The Administrator is not authorized to process the personal data of a third party (voucher holder) for whom the voucher was purchased, due to the absence of that third party’s consent.

  6. In such cases, vouchers purchased on behalf of third parties are issued in bearer form.

  7. The Administrator is not authorized to send or deliver the voucher directly to the third party on behalf of the Purchaser.
