CONTEST RULES "Trattoria nel Bosco – reel – Instagram/Facebook"

§ 1. Organizers

1. The organizer of the Contest "Trattoria nel Bosco – reel – Instagram/Facebook" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), held from 3-10.02.2023, is the Year-round Leisure and Training Center Zalesie s.c, 11-010 Barczewo, Zalesie 12, owner of Zalesie Mazury Active SPA, hereinafter referred to as "Zalesie Mazury Active Spa".
2. The sponsor of the prize in the Contest is Zalesie Mazury Active Spa, 11-010 Barczewo, Zalesie 12.
3. Employees of the Organizer and Operator, as well as their closest family members, may not participate in the Contest. Family members are understood to be ascendants, descendants, persons in an adoption relationship, siblings, spouses, cohabitants, and parents of spouses or cohabitants.

§ 2 Contest Rules

1. The Contest is intended for users of social media portals www.instagram.com and www.facebook.com
2. The Contest is conducted via the fanpages of Zalesie Mazury Active SPA on the websites instagram.com/zalesiemazury/ and https://www.facebook.com/zalesiemazury
3. The participant’s task is:
   1. on Instagram
      1. Like the profile instagram.com/zalesiemazury/
      2. Like the contest reel
      3. Share the contest reel
      4. Tag in a comment under the reel 5 people the participant would like to invite to Zalesie and write in the comment why it is worth coming to Zalesie for a family stay
   2. on Facebook

      2. Like the contest reel
      3. Share the contest reel
      4. Tag in a comment under the reel 5 people the participant would like to invite to Zalesie and write in the comment why it is worth coming to Zalesie for a family stay
4. Only adult users may participate in the Contest
5. Participation requires acceptance of the contest rules and completion of all tasks described in § 2, points 3a or 3b.
6. Contest tasks submitted by February 10, 2023, by 12:00 PM will be considered.
7. Participation in the Contest implies consent to publish the winner’s name and surname on the fanpages of Zalesie Mazury Active SPA on the social media portals listed in § 2 point 2.

§ 3. Selection of Winners

1. Contest tasks will be evaluated based on creativity.
2. Results will be announced no later than 11.02.2023 via comment under the contest post and by private message.
3. From all comments received on Facebook and Instagram, the Contest Committee will select one winner who will receive the Prize.
4. The prize is a family weekend stay (2 nights) in the Family Lake View Apartment at Zalesie Mazury Active Spa (2 adults + 2 children) with full board and all attractions offered by the Winter Holidays with Children in Masuria package https://www.zalesiemazury.pl/zimowy-wypoczynek-z-dziecmi-na-mazurach or Spring Holidays with Children in Masuria https://www.zalesiemazury.pl/wiosenne_wakacje_z_dziecmi_na_mazurach

§ 4. Prize Collection and Deadline for Use

1. The prize mentioned in § 3 point 4 will be sent by mail in the form of a voucher authorizing its collection.
2. The deadline for using the prize is to be agreed with the Organizer, but may not exceed April 23, 2023, nor take place during the so-called Peak Season (Winter Holidays, Long Weekends, Holidays).
3. The prize is not exchangeable for cash. Only the winner is authorized to collect the prize; the right to collect the prize cannot be transferred to third parties. However, the prize may be transferred by the winner to a third party after agreement with the Organizer.

§ 5. Personal Data Processing

1. The controller of personal data provided by Contest Participants is Zalesie Mazury Active SPA, the contest organizer.
2. Personal data processing will be conducted in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter "GDPR", based on the consent given.
3. Personal data will be processed by the Organizer solely for the proper execution of the contest in accordance with the provisions of the Rules for the period necessary to conduct the contest.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary but required to participate in the Contest.
5. Everyone has the right to access their data and to correct it under the terms defined in the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.
6. By joining the contest, each participant agrees to the publication of their personal data, i.e., name and surname on Instagram/Facebook and agrees to communicate with the Organizer of the Contest via e-mail/phone or Instagram/Facebook.
